Hi, I’m Shelby (she/her). No matter what experiences or circumstances have brought you here, I’m so glad you’re here!
I have specialized experience supporting folks living with eating disorders and body image struggles. I’m especially passionate about creating a fat-positive environment where everyone can experience an affirming, safe space to navigate recovery.
I also enjoy supporting those experiencing family of origin struggles, relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, OCD, and more.
My favorite part of being a therapist is helping people build trust in the wisdom they already hold within themselves. I’m not here to tell you who you are; I’m here to help you find your way back to yourself, even when that journey is hard. I try my best to create a warm, comfortable, relaxed environment where you can be your authentic self and go at your own pace.
Outside of work, you might find me at a Broadway musical, hanging out with my cats, taking a walk by the water, or exploring new bakeries.
