Hi! I’m Lucy. I am a pre-licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. I am currently working under the supervision of Jana as I pursue licensure.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a collegiate athlete — a background that deeply informs my work today. My athletic experience gave me firsthand insight into the pressures associated with performance, identity, and confidence. My background in sports paired with my graduate clinical training has shaped my passion for helping clients navigate concerns related to self-worth, perfectionism, disordered eating, and body image.
My therapeutic approach focuses on being client-led and rooted in collaboration and flexibility. I draw from multiple modalities to best meet each client's unique needs. I strive to create a positive and safe space where clients feel seen, supported and empowered in their healing process.
Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, coaching local youth sports, finding hidden treasures at the thrift store, going to concerts, photography, and spending time outside any chance I get. Clients will quickly learn that I love to laugh, find joy in the little things, and bring a positive energy into everything I do.
