Hi! I’m Lucy (she/her). I work with adolescents and adults navigating concerns related to anxiety, self-worth, perfectionism, disordered eating, and body image. I’m especially drawn to supporting clients who feel pressure around performance and their identity — maybe that’s athletes, high-achieving students or professionals — and they need a space to slow down.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a collegiate athlete, a background that deeply informs my work today. My athletic experience gave me firsthand insight into the demands that often come with achievement-focused environments. Paired with my graduate clinical training, this experience has shaped my passion for helping clients build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, coaching local youth sports, finding hidden treasures at the thrift store, going to concerts, photography, and spending time outside whenever I can.

My therapeutic approach is client-led and rooted in collaboration and flexibility. I draw from multiple modalities to best meet each client’s unique needs and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, empowered, and respected in their healing process. Clients often describe my style as warm, genuine, and grounded — and I love bringing a sense of lightness and humor into the work where we can.
