Hi, I’m Kyle (she/her)! I have experience supporting individuals recovering from eating disorders in higher levels of care, and I’ve also received specialized training in sport psychology. I enjoy working with athletes navigating performance anxiety, burnout, injury recovery, confidence, motivation, and the pressure to balance athletics with the rest of life.
I understand how sport culture can shape self-worth, identity, relationships with food and exercise, and the feeling that you always have to keep pushing through. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood without judgment — a place where you don’t have to perform, prove yourself, or have everything figured out.
Whether you’re an athlete struggling with pressure and perfectionism, someone navigating recovery from an eating disorder, or simply feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain insight, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, reading, thrifting, finding a good coffee shop, playing volleyball, and listening to live music whenever I can.”
