Maybe you overthink every decision, say yes when you mean no, replay conversations at 2am, or feel like you have to understand a feeling before you're even allowed to have it. If that sounds familiar, then you might be in the right place. I work with clients who identify as anxious overthinkers, people-pleasers, and high-functioning worriers navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, trauma, eating and body image concerns, life transitions, relationship issues, and the stress of living in a world that has a lot of opinions about who you should be.
In our work together, I bring curiosity, humor, and creativity into sessions. I also believe that some of the most important things can only come up when you feel safe enough to let them, so creating that space is something I always try to achieve. I’m a master's-level clinician trained in both Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I'm especially passionate about helping clients understand themselves within the larger systems around them: family, culture, relationships, social media, and any unspoken expectations that shape how we see ourselves.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me with friends, watching reality TV or a new sci-fi show, catching a Tuesday half-price movie, bothering my two black cats, cozied up with a book, or finding some new way to express myself!
