Supervision

I offer clinical supervision to pre-licensed and licensed clinicians looking for additional growth and support. We can refine your therapeutic approach, process what’s coming up for you during sessions, think outside-the-box with interventions, and prioritize boundaries and self-care practices. I’ve worked in day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings supporting teenagers and adults of all genders, and I have extensive experience treating eating disorders. I am an approved supervisor for mental health counselors in Massachusetts; rates vary between $100-$150 depending on licensure status.

Consultation

I offer individual and small group consultations to healthcare professionals looking for guidance on eating disorders, disordered eating, disordered exercise, or body image. Most healthcare professions get minimal training on these topics, even though disordered eating and exercise behaviors are becoming more prevalent across populations. I can consult on individual cases or topic areas of interest such as ED diagnoses, orthorexia, signs of over-exercise, when to refer, treatment interventions, and combating weight stigma in healthcare. Consultation rate: $175/hour.
